Account and Data Deletion

United States

You can request account deletion in the app from Settings > Privacy & security > Delete account. OrioChat applies a 2-week grace period before final deletion. During that period, the account may appear as a deleted user and you may cancel deletion by signing in where the app permits.

After final deletion, OrioChat deletes or de-identifies personal data associated with the account unless retention is needed for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, backup cleanup, or another legitimate operational need.

Account deletion targets server-side account data and cloud records controlled by OrioChat. It does not automatically erase local copies already stored on your devices, local copies restored from a cloud backup, exported files you saved outside OrioChat, or copies stored on other users' devices. Use in-app local deletion tools, device storage controls, or app uninstall where you need to remove local device data.

Backups stored in your Google Drive or iCloud Drive are controlled through that external account and are not automatically deleted when you delete your OrioChat account. Delete them separately in the app's backup controls or the relevant storage service. Secret rooms are excluded from cloud backup by design, but local secret-room data on a device may remain until local device data is deleted.

If you cannot access your account, contact holykhw163@gmail.com and include the account identifier, login provider, and a description of your deletion request.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions, paid entitlements, or store purchases. Manage subscription cancellation through the App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider where the purchase was made.

앱의 설정 > 개인정보 및 보안 > 계정 삭제에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. OrioChat는 최종 삭제 전 2주간의 유예 기간을 적용합니다. 유예 기간에는 계정이 삭제된 사용자로 표시될 수 있으며, 앱에서 허용하는 경우 로그인하여 삭제 요청을 취소할 수 있습니다.

최종 삭제 후 OrioChat는 법령 준수, 보안, 부정 이용 방지, 분쟁 대응, 백업 정리, 정당한 운영상 필요에 의해 보관해야 하는 정보를 제외하고 계정과 관련된 개인정보를 삭제하거나 비식별 처리합니다.

계정 삭제는 OrioChat가 관리하는 서버 측 계정 데이터와 클라우드 기록을 대상으로 합니다. 이용자 기기에 이미 저장된 로컬 사본, 클라우드 백업에서 복원된 로컬 사본, OrioChat 밖으로 저장한 내보내기 파일, 다른 이용자 기기에 저장된 사본은 계정 삭제만으로 자동 삭제되지 않습니다. 로컬 기기 데이터 삭제가 필요한 경우 앱의 로컬 삭제 기능, 기기 저장공간 관리 또는 앱 삭제를 이용해야 합니다.

Google Drive 또는 iCloud Drive에 저장된 백업은 해당 외부 계정에서 관리되며 OrioChat 계정 삭제만으로 자동 삭제되지 않습니다. 계정을 삭제하기 전에 앱의 백업 관리 기능이나 해당 저장소에서 별도로 삭제하세요. 비밀대화방은 설계상 클라우드 백업 대상에서 제외되지만, 기기에 저장된 로컬 데이터는 로컬 기기 데이터가 삭제될 때까지 남을 수 있습니다.

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우 계정 식별 정보, 로그인 제공자, 삭제 요청 내용을 holykhw163@gmail.com으로 보낼 수 있습니다.

계정 삭제는 진행 중인 구독, 유료 권한 또는 스토어 결제를 자동으로 해지하지 않습니다. 구독 해지는 결제가 이루어진 App Store, Google Play 또는 해당 결제사업자의 절차에 따라 별도로 진행해야 합니다.

アプリの設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > アカウント削除から削除をリクエストできます。OrioChatは最終削除前に2週間の猶予期間を設けます。 猶予期間中、アカウントは削除済みユーザーとして表示される場合があり、アプリで許可されている場合はログインして削除リクエストを取り消せます。

アカウント削除は、OrioChatが管理するサーバー側のアカウントデータおよびクラウド記録を対象とします。利用者の端末に 既に保存されたローカルコピー、クラウドバックアップから復元されたローカルコピー、OrioChatの外部に保存したエクスポート ファイル、他の利用者の端末に保存されたコピーは、アカウント削除だけでは自動的に削除されません。

Google DriveまたはiCloud Driveに保存されたバックアップは、その外部アカウント側で管理され、OrioChatアカウントを削除するだけでは自動削除されません。 アカウントを削除する前に、アプリのバックアップ管理機能または該当するストレージサービスで別途削除してください。シークレットルームは設計上クラウドバックアップの対象外ですが、 端末上のローカルデータは、ローカルデータが削除されるまで残る場合があります。

アプリにアクセスできない場合は、アカウント識別情報、ログインプロバイダー、削除リクエストの内容を holykhw163@gmail.comまで送信できます。

アカウント削除は、有効なサブスクリプション、有料権限、またはストア購入を自動的に解約するものではありません。 サブスクリプションの解約は、購入したApp Store、Google Play、または該当する決済事業者の手続きで別途行ってください。

يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب من التطبيق عبر الإعدادات > الخصوصية والأمان > حذف الحساب. يطبق OrioChat فترة سماح لمدة أسبوعين قبل الحذف النهائي. خلال هذه الفترة قد يظهر الحساب كمستخدم محذوف، وقد تتمكن من إلغاء الطلب بتسجيل الدخول حيثما يسمح التطبيق بذلك.

بعد الحذف النهائي، يحذف OrioChat البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب أو يجعلها غير معرفة، ما لم يكن الاحتفاظ بها ضروريا للامتثال القانوني أو الأمان أو منع إساءة الاستخدام أو معالجة النزاعات أو تنظيف النسخ الاحتياطية أو حاجة تشغيلية مشروعة أخرى.

يستهدف حذف الحساب بيانات الحساب السحابية والخوادم والسجلات السحابية التي يتحكم بها OrioChat. ولا يمحو تلقائيا النسخ المحلية المخزنة على أجهزتك أو النسخ المحلية المستعادة من نسخة احتياطية سحابية أو الملفات التي صدرتها خارج OrioChat أو النسخ المخزنة على أجهزة مستخدمين آخرين. كما لا يحذف تلقائيا النسخ الاحتياطية في Google Drive أو iCloud Drive؛ ويجب حذفها بشكل منفصل من عناصر التحكم في النسخ الاحتياطي داخل التطبيق أو من خدمة التخزين ذات الصلة.
