The privacy, terms, refund, ads, community, safety, and account deletion pages include notices for OrioChat's local-first chat design, optional cloud storage and cloud backup, advertising and ad-personalization choices, purchases and refund limits for used digital benefits, community posts and comments, moderation, reporting, blocking, post-launch scaled safety operations, and secret-room limits.
If you choose Google Sign-In, OrioChat receives only the basic Google account information authorized by you, such as
your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image. OrioChat uses that information only for
authentication, account identity, profile setup, account security, abuse prevention, customer support, and service
operation. If you separately start a Google Drive backup, OrioChat requests the limited
drive.file
scope to create and manage the backup files made available to OrioChat. It does not request access to Gmail, Google
Photos, unrelated Google Drive files, or other unrelated Google product data, and does not sell Google user data or use
it for advertising, unrelated profiling, or training generalized AI/ML models.
